Pepperoni and Cheese Crescent Bites

Bret and I are passionate auto racing fans! We had the incredible opportunity to attend the inaugural Formula One race at the new Austin, TX track, Circuit of the Americas (COTA), and it was an unforgettable experience. Since the U.S. hadn’t hosted a Formula One race in years, the excitement among fans was undeniable.

The atmosphere was electric, with over 100,000 attendees, live entertainment, delicious (though pricey) food, and plenty of interesting people to watch. Of course, the race itself was absolutely thrilling!

This year, we couldn’t make it in person, but we still enjoyed watching it live on TV with our friends Tom and Marty. When Marty suggested bringing a snack, I decided to put a twist on the classic crescent roll appetizer—and it turned out to be a hit!

The Cheese and Pepperoni Crescent Puffs turned out great! Though next time, I’d definitely add a bit more cheese for extra flavor.

I brought along some marinara sauce for dipping and warmed them up once we arrived—they held up really well during the trip.

With the holiday season approaching, these Cheese and Pepperoni Crescent Puffs will be a perfect addition to any appetizer spread!
